When should I expect to get paid?

Once you have submitted your timesheets to your agency, they will send Accent the corresponding amount of money.We will process your payment within 60 minutes of receiving those funds and transfer those monies net of all the relevant deductions by faster payment to your bank account.Please note agencies usually pay Accent at any time that day from midnight up to 7pm. Any funds that we receive overnight will normally be with by 9am the following day.
‍All payments received by 7pm that day will be in your account by 7:30pm

Do I get holiday pay?

Yes, as an employee of Accent Umbrella Ltd, you are entitled to holiday pay as required by law.The amount of holiday pay you are entitled to depends on the number of hours you work and your hourly rate.This payment is made to you every week and is shown on your payslip.

Do you provide Insurance cover?

As an employee of Accent Umbrella Ltd , you are provided with Professional Indemnity and Public Liability insurances in the sum of £5M each.Accent Umbrella Ltd also holds Employer Liability insurance at £10M.

Can I claim back expenses?

You can still recover Agency Reimbursed Expenses via Accent Umbrella however due to Travel & Subsistence legislation changes in 2016, these are no longer recoverable via Accent.

What benefits and perks do you provide?

Other umbrella companies will offer you benefits packages like “free” coffees and discounts at shops and a whole host of other things that you never asked for that incidentally increase your weekly timesheet fee.At Accent Umbrella, we keep it simple, we pay you for the work you do, ensuring you receive the full benefit with no hidden deductions

Will I still be able to get a mortgage?

Yes, please give us a call and we can recommend one of our partner brokers or if you do wish to use your own bank, give us a call before you apply so we can run through everything that you will need.

What is Accent's margin?

Accent Umbrella’s margin is £15.00/week.Please note that if you do not work that week, there will be no charge.
